Shipping policy

1. Shipping
Where possible, in-stock products are shipped on the next business day (excluding Saturdays) following the order date. Our chosen shipping provider is DHL GmbH.

Shipping costs are €0.00 for all orders within Germany . Shipping costs are also €0.00 for orders to other EU countries.

Processing time: 0–1 business days  
Delivery time: 2–5 business days within Germany

 2. Returns
We understand that not every purchase is a perfect match. Therefore, you can return your goods and cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. If you are returning your order from Germany or Austria, you will receive a free DHL return label (as a PDF) from us via email. For all other EU countries, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

The processing time for returns is up to 30 working days after receipt of the returned item.
