Returns

We know that not every purchase is a perfect match. Therefore, you can return your goods and cancel your order within  30 days of receipt . If you are returning your order from Germany , you will receive a free DHL return label (as a PDF)  from us   via email. For all other EU countries, the buyer is  responsible  for return shipping.

Please briefly inform us of your return request at kontakt@alexshopekosig.online so that we can send you your return label.  

The processing time for returns is up to 7 working days after receipt of the returned item.
